Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

We maintain a strict no refund policy. Refunds are not allowed unless it is due to a merchandise defect. All claims must be made within 5 days of delivery. Any claims outside of this timeframe will not be accepted, no exceptions. Please contact us at ketsu.societyhelp@gmail.com and provide an order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Refund requests are handled on a case by case basis.
